Kyriacos Kokkinos is former Minister for Research, Innovation (R&I) and Digital Policy, Republic of Cyprus. He previously served as the National Chief Scientist and Chairman of the Board for Research & Innovation Foundation RIF. He is a distinguished professional with more than 30 years of experience in Executive Strategic Management, Technology and Consulting, served at senior Executive roles in global corporations -such as IBM Europe - and served at Board level of many organisations. He serves at Board level of private companies and Institutions as non-exec director as well as he is the founder and chairman of Outthink Insights Consulting, an advisory management and technology consulting firm. He is a Member of the Governing Board (and Member of the Executive Committee ExCo of the Board) of the European Institute of innovation and Technology EIT https://eit.europa.eu/ and he is a certified International Director and Corporate Governance from INSEAD business school https://www.insead.edu/ .

Charis Tsevis is a Greek visual designer who lives and works in Pafos, Cyprus. He holds a Diploma in Graphic Design from the Akademie für das Grafische Gewerbe in Munich and a Master’s degree in Visual Design from the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan.

His clients include Nike, Google, Ferrari, PepsiCo, Toyota, and IKEA, as well as advertising agencies such as TBWA\Chiat\Day, Saatchi & Saatchi LA, DDB Munich, and Leo Burnett Hong Kong. His work has also appeared in leading international media, including Time, Fortune, Wired, and The Wall Street Journal.

Charis has been a visiting professor of Editorial Design and Typography at AKTO College in Athens since 1996. He has also presented seminars at Panteion University of Athens and lectured at numerous national and international conferences and symposiums, including the International Conference on Typography and Visual Communication, TEDx Athens, Adobe MAX, Adobe D-Day, the OFFF Festival, and World Design Day, among many others.

H.E. Mohamed Rashid bin Taliah serves as Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Government Experience Exchange, leading the UAE’s efforts to share its government experience and best practices globally.
Since 2017, he has led the UAE Government’s government services agenda, driving digital transformation of services through human-centric design, innovation, GovTech and Artificial Intelligence application across service sectors.
He has spearheaded landmark national initiatives including the Zero Bureaucracy Programme, The Global Star Rating program and Services 2.0 Model, reshaping how government services are designed and delivered across physical and digital spaces.
He has also led the development of national platforms for real-time customer experience monitoring and data-driven, AI-powered, government decision-making.
H.E. Bin Taliah has been appointed to lead the Government Services track of the UAE Government’s newly launched Agentic AI Programme, aiming to transform 50% of the Government services and operations to be fully agentic within two years.

Balazs (JB) Rooz is a senior executive with over 25 years of international leadership across luxury, premium and mass-market automotive. He most recently served as Regional CEO of Bentley Motors Europe. Previously, he held global leadership roles at Jaguar Land Rover and Saab Automobile. He now runs True Bearing Advisory, working with Boards and senior executives on strategy, governance, and long-term value creation.

Maya Rooz is an executive advisor working with senior leaders on the conditions that protect executive focus, clarity and judgement under pressure. She spent over fifteen years inside the automotive industry, including as Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer at Jaguar Land Rover. She is an accredited executive coach and the author of The Protected Mind, forthcoming in 2026.

Mr Nicodemos Damianou was born in Lefkosia in 1973.

He holds a Sc.B Degree in Computer Science from Brown University USA, a Ph.D in Computer Security & Policy-based Management of enterprise-wide Computer Networks from Imperial College UK, a Diploma of Information Security from Imperial College, and an MBA from the University of Cyprus.

He is an IT and Information Security professional with many years of experience in Payment Systems and Fintech, Risk Management Methodologies and Digital Transformation Technologies.

He served at managerial positions within the Bank of Cyprus Group. From November 2017 to January 2024 he was the General Manager of JCC Payment Systems Ltd.

He is married to Rodoula Damianou and has two daughters, Eleni and Sophia.

Yiannis began his career in the field of communication with the Greek Foreign Ministry. He is a leading consultant in the fields of privatization, acquisitions and crisis management. He has consulted major Greek companies and managed key foreign investments in the country. Yiannis is active member of important think tanks in Greece and abroad.

Charalambos Prountzos was born in Nicosia in 1978. He originates from the occupied villages of Gerolakkos and Akanthou.

He graduated in 2001 with the title LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol and later received the title of Barrister-at-Law from the Inns of Courts School of Law in London. He has also received a Diploma in Professional Legal Skills from City University, London.

He is a Member of Gray’s Inn, of the Cyprus Bar Association and of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA). He is a licensed insolvency practitioner and he participated until recently in the Cyprus Bar Association Committee for Corporate and Tax matters as well as in bilateral business initiatives like the Cyprus – Canada Business Association. 

He is a lawyer and Managing Partner of Prountzos & Prountzos LLC which he founded and is managing since 2010. From 2019 until 2023 he led the legal services of a Big4 firm for the Central, Eastern Europe, Southeastern Europe and Central Asia Region where he was in charge of teams in 32 different countries exceeding 500 people.

He has large experience in legal matters concerning regulated markets. He has handled important cases of competition law, mergers and acquisitions and personal data protection. 

He has dealt with legislative and regulatory matters related to energy, both renewables and natural gas. He has consulted on many large infrastructure projects and is considered a leading figure in renewable energy and waste management projects.

Charalambos has successfully handled landmark Constitutional, employment and public procurement cases. 

From 2011 until 2018 he has served as a Member and Vice Chairman for Administrative and Finance of the Governing Committee of the Open University of Cyprus. In 2018 he was elected as the first Chairman of the Council of the Open University of Cyprus. The Open University of Cyprus is one of the three public universities of the Republic of Cyprus.

He has also served as a Member of the Board of CYENS a, Research and Innovation Centre. CYENS is a Centre of Excellence which is a joint venture between the three public universities of the Republic of Cyprus, Max Planck Institute of Germany, University College London (UCL) and the Municipality of Nicosia.

He participated as a member of the Working Group on Governance and Power Sharing during the last negotiating process for the Cyprus problem between 2015 – 2017.

He is an active citizen with a rich social and cultural activity, numerous public interventions and articles in paper and digital media.

Mr. Sophocleous was a member of parliament in the Nicosia Electoral District, elected with the Democratic Alarm. During the 2003 presidential elections, he served as coordinator of the Staff of Collaborating Forces and Personalities of Glafkos Clerides, while in the 2008 presidential elections, he served as coordinator of the pre-election campaign of Ioannis Kasoulides.In 2017, he became Director of the Office of the President of the Republic, under the presidency of Nicos Anastasiades. In the context of the 2018 presidential election campaign, he was responsible for preparing Nicos Anastasiades' governance program for the country. He also served as Executive Director of the Glafkos Clerides Institute.

Michalis Persianis is an economist and journalist. He served as Chair of the Cyprus Fiscal Council from 2022 to July 2026. His earlier career includes roles as Director of Corporate Affairs at Bank of Cyprus, Cyprus correspondent for The Wall Street Journal/Dow Jones, and Economics and Finance Editor at Kathimerini Cyprus, where he has recently returned as Publishing Consultant. Persianis holds a degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and and MA Degree in International Relations and International Economics at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies.

Savvas A. Liasis is Chairman of ECM Partners and ECM Fund Management, with more than 25 years of institutional investment experience. He founded EBI in London, which became one of Europe’s largest independent electronic equity brokerages, and has chaired ECM Partners since 2014. The firm has invested more than €1 billion across 30 transactions. He also chairs Ygia Group, Cyprus’s largest private inpatient healthcare provider, and Famar, a pan-European pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Costas Yiasemi is co-founder and CEO of Silicon Dali, a software engineering company operating in Cyprus and Spain. He focuses on secure, reliable technology and the practical use of AI across software development and business operations, particularly in the forex, payments and iGaming sectors.

Stavros Kasinos is Co-Founder of Cleedee, where he leads the technology behind the platform. He holds a PhD in Computational Engineering and has held senior engineering and technology leadership roles at Arrival, Qogita and Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. At Cleedee his work focuses on scaling hiring in one of Europe's most labour-intensive sectors without sacrificing fairness or human judgement. Cleedee is an AI-powered, end-to-end recruitment platform for high-turnover frontline roles in hospitality and beyond.

Dimitris Dimitriadis is the Founder and CIO of Cogniveil.ai, a governance intelligence platform designed to help regulated organizations use AI with transparency, compliance and accountability. A strategic foresight specialist and author of 2049: A Manual for a Hopeful Intelligence Age, he has taught Data Analytics and AI and delivered keynotes in 74 countries for major companies and institutions, including the European Commission, the U.S. Department of State and TEDx.

Alexandros Christodoulakis is Co-founder and CEO of Wealthyhood, a personalised wealth-building app that helps Millennials and Gen Z learn, save and invest.  He previously co-founded Daedalus, an investment platform designed to broaden access to private investment funds, and worked as a Fixed Income Trading Strategist at Morgan Stanley. His earlier experience includes developing applications using deep learning, blockchain and other emerging technologies across healthcare and business.

 Marios Tannousis is the CEO of Invest Cyprus. He has more than twenty-nine years of international corporate experience, with twelve years in the international banking and Financial Services group Societe Generale, where he served various key posts. 

He is a Member of the Board of the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) and co-founder and member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA). He also served as President of the Cyprus Finance & Leasing Association and Board Member in various other organizations and bodies. 

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University, NJ, USA and an MBA from Mankato State University (MSU), MN, USA. He has also completed the FinTech program of Oxford University, Said Business School and the program on Transformational Leadership of the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. 

He is certified for offering investment services and has a special interest in Economic Development and job creation through Investments especially in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Investment Funds and Private Public Partnerships across economic sectors. 

He represents Cyprus in various international and European Conferences. 

Robert Ross-Clunis is the General Counsel and Group Head of Compliance at Henley & Partners. In addition to his primary responsibilities, he is a Director of the Board and Secretary to the Executive Committee.  Prior to joining Henley & Partners, Robert spent nearly a decade at one of Cyprus’ leading shipping law firms. He subsequently transitioned to a single-family office, where he served as sole legal counsel, managing all legal affairs related to the family's private assets.

Harris Georgiades is a former Minister of Finance and a former Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign and European Affairs of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus. He is currently a consultant and a company director. He is also Chairman of the Clerides Institute, a Nicosia-based policy think-tank, and the author of three books. 

Victoria Leonidou teaches at Frederick University’s Department of Arts and Communication. She has previously served as Frederick University's Head of Creative for almost two decades. Her passion for mentoring students inspired her to found the Creative Lab at Frederick University. As the Director of the Creative Lab, she coached and mentored junior designers and helped them develop their knowledge, skills, and competences. Victoria has an extensive, diverse and multidisciplinary professional experience in the field of design for the last 20 years. She has participated in exhibitions and residencies in Cyprus and abroad receiving numerous awards and recognitions for her work. 

Co-founder of Klidi.io, a licensed Bitcoin and stablecoins exchange operating from Switzerland and currently pursuing a European MiCA license. Klidi is building the rails that let funds, businesses, and individuals hold and move Bitcoin and stablecoins with confidence.

Professor Loizos G. Loizou is a Cypriot physician and childhood cancer specialist who founded Cyprus’ Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Clinic in 1990 and led it for 32 years. He is the founder and chair of the ELPIDA Foundation for Children and Adolescents with Cancer and Leukemia, and leads the Cyprus International Action Plan for Childhood Cancer, helping improve access to medicines and care in low- and middle-income countries. Through his digital public health initiatives, he uses technology, including artificial intelligence, to promote disease prevention, early diagnosis and health education. His international honors include France’s National Order of Merit and appointments as SIOPE Ambassador for Children with Cancer and AHEPA’s first Global Ambassador for Health. In 2025, OncoDaily named him among the 100 Most Influential People in Oncology worldwide.
