Refund Policy

1. General Terms
All tickets purchased for Agenda are subject to this Refund Policy and the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
2. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, tickets for events are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) period.
All ticket purchases are therefore binding and non-refundable, except as outlined below.
3. Attendee Cancellation (Voluntary)
If you are unable to attend the event:

  • Up to [30 days before event] → Full refund (100%)

  • Up to [14 days before event] → Partial refund (50%)

  • Less than [14 days before event] → No refund

4. Ticket Transfers
If you cannot attend, you may:

  • Transfer your ticket to another person free of charge up to [48 hours before the event]

5. Event Cancellation
If Agenda is cancelled by the organiser:

  • All ticket holders are entitled to a full refund (100%)

  • Refunds will be processed within [14–30 days] to the original payment method

6. Event Postponement / Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled:

  • Your ticket will remain valid for the new date

  • If you cannot attend the new date, you may request:

    • A full refund, or

    • A credit/voucher for a future event

7. Changes to Programme
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Speakers

  • Agenda

  • Timing

These changes do not entitle the attendee to a refund, unless the event is materially altered (e.g. major change of date or location).
8. Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

In such cases, the organiser may offer:

  • A rescheduled event

  • A credit/voucher

  • Or a refund, at its discretion or as required by law
